Deposit/Cancellation Policy *

The salon requires 48 hours' notice for all services. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you may be subject to a 50% of service cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a 100% of service cancellation fee. For appointments longer than 3 hours a $25 non-refundable deposit may need to be paid to reserve an appointment.
