When I'm not behind the chair, one of the things I genuinely enjoy is sharing what I've learned over the years. I occasionally offer workshops and mentoring for stylists who want to operate from a place of autonomy, not extraction. We focus on practical skills and business models that prioritize our well-being as much as our craft. My approach is rooted in color theory, which has been the foundation of my career and the core of my teaching for years. The goal is to help you strengthen your skills and build a fulfilling career that works for you, instead of one that runs you down.
In-Salon Workshops:
Can be structured as a presentation, a hands-on session, or a mix of both. This could mean working on models together, problem-solving for actual clients, focusing on a specific technique, or building out a continuing practice so your team can keep learning and applying the skills long-term.
Observational Days:
Spend a day in the studio with me. You can shadow a regular client day to see the entire process from consultation to application, or you can join a small group for a model day where we work on something specific together. (I keep these groups small to make sure it's a valuable experience for everyone)
Ongoing Guidance:
The format I have the capacity and time to offer is structured guidance over 1, 3, or 6-month periods, focusing on your specific goals. We can work on anything from advanced color techniques to navigating the business side. This is built to be customized for your specific needs collaboratively. We'll figure out a plan together and find clear ways to track your improvement.
I offer this at a sliding scale to keep it accessible. (This support is virtual, with in-person opportunities)
