When not behind the chair, I occasionally offer workshops and mentoring for stylists who would like to operate from a place of autonomy, not extraction (we are not machines!) Focusing on practical skills and models that prioritize our well-being as much as our craft. The goal is to help strengthen practical skills and build a fulfilling career that works for you.

In-Salon Workshops:‍ ‍
Can be structured as a presentation, hands-on collaboration, or a mix of both. We can work on models together, problem-solve on actual clients, focus on specific techniques, or build out a continuing practice to apply skills long-term.

Shadow Days:
Studio day with me! You can shadow a client day and be a part of the entire process from consultation to styling, or join a small group for a model day.

Ongoing Guidance:
The format I currently have capacity to offer is structured guidance over 1, 3, or 6-month periods. Focusing on your specific goals, we can work on developing advanced color techniques to navigating the business side. Collaboratively, we'll figure out a plan to notice what works and what is changing.
This is offered at a sliding scale to keep it accessible. (support is virtual, with in-person opportunities)
